Electric Joint, Connection, Isolation, Line Crossing, On Off Symbol
Hi, in this article we are going to see the most important and common symbols used in electrical drawings, circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, connection diagrams, etc. From the first level of electrical and electronics engineering to the advanced level we draw different types of electrical circuits. So we must know these symbols. In this blog, we have published so many articles based on the symbol, so you can visit the symbol section and can see those all symbols.
Electric Conductor or Wire Joint Symbol
Here, you can see the symbol of the wire joint. In so many circuit diagrams, we have to joint different wires terminals.
Here, you can see there are two types of ways we can show that two or multiple wires are joined together. One is just touching the wires or making a circle at the touched position.
Electrical Line Crossing Symbol
The symbol of line crossing indicates how two or multiple electrical wires crossed each other. It also indicates that they do not touch each other. Here, also three ways to show that two wires are crossed each other. The first method is to just draw one line on the other line. The second method is making a half-circle with the line. Another method is by cutting in any one line.
Electrical Junction Symbol
An electrical junction is a place where multiple wires are connected together and where the electrical current comes in or goes out. Here, you can see the first figure, where four wires are connected to each other, in the second figure two wires, and in the third figure, three wires.
Electrical Connection Symbol
Here, you can see the symbol of an electrical connection.
Electrical Junction and Node Symbol
Electrical Isolation Symbol
Here, you can see the symbol of electrical isolation. You can see this symbol in different types of electrical equipment, electronic gadgets, etc.
On Off Symbol
Here, you can see the symbol of On Off. On means, the circuit is closed with the power source and load whereas Off means the circuit is not closed with the power source and load.
